The Bridal Event and The Formal Event were opened in 1986 by two sisters, Theresa and Rose, and they developed a unique idea.

 

A one stop wedding shop that would provide everything that a couple would need to make their special day complete. It was their goal that this concept would make The Bridal Event the number one bridal salon in their area.

 

They visited many bridal salons to research what would make their store all that more unique; having the largest in-store selection for customers (brides and mothers alike) to see and try on. Rose and Theresa discovered they could assist more brides than the average store while creating a worthwhile experience.

 

​The Bridal Event and The Formal Event remain a premier, full service bridal salon in the Fox Valley of Northeast Wisconsin today. Rose and Theresa retired in 2014 and sold their business to people who then created a staff whose passion for bridal is equal to their own.

 

The store’s team of bridal and formal experts continue the excellence in quality and customer service that Rose and Theresa began over 30 years ago.
